You have been in business since 2009. What has been your guiding principle?
“I was born and raised in Naples and I have a foundation of love for this community. Community-based relationships are key for me. At my agency, we’re consistently looking for opportunities to better the people and businesses in this area.”

Insurance Source has a 95% client retention average. That’s remarkable! What has been the key to your success?
“My team. I make sure to hire truly compassionate individuals who are invested in the community.”

There are many challenges in business these days. What have you learned from the obstacles you’ve overcome?
“I’ve learned that I have a lot more professional grit than I thought! After Hurricane Irma hit in 2017, I worked nonstop for months. It was exhausting – physically, mentally and emotionally. But I was able to navigate the stress from the storm in a way that didn’t burn out my team and we made it through the other side as a stronger agency!”

As a strong and dynamic woman, what advice would you offer to the next generation of women looking to succeed?
“Do not waver in your ethical grounding. Establish your own moral guiding principles and do not compromise them for anything.”

You have achieved so much in life. What lies ahead for you?
“Solid, reputable growth. I don’t want a massively large agency – that’s not my personality. I like to feel involved and connected. If I can expand my team in a way that keeps everyone happy and thriving, then that gives me the opportunity to be out in the community, giving back.”
