"My job is to get clients to the next level."

          When Jen DeTracey worked at a record label many years ago, she learned a valuable lesson. For every heartfelt fan letter received, she'd pen a personal note of acknowledgment.
          It was a simple thing that, in many ways, became the basis of her work as a business consultant whose goal is to help companies grow.
          "It's the concept of customizing the message and building a fan club of customers," says Jen. "My focus is to really drive home the importance of customer retention and getting new customers efficiently. It's about nurturing your fans and making new ones. If you donít have a system in place to keep customers, you canít go out and get new ones."
          Jen delivers her expertise through in-person and phone consultation, keynote speaking, full day training, her "Lift Strategies" book and a virtual training program.
          "My job is to get my clients out of fear and into proactivity. When they work with me, things start to happen."
