"Effective estate planning is about so much more than taxes."

With innumerable details to consider, planning an estate is a tremendously involved process that requires a dynamic, knowledgeable and caring professional. Kathy Munro, Partner, Private Company Services of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) is all of that and more.
As the National Leader of PwC's High Net Worth practice, Kathy is a tax specialist, and trusted advisor to owners of private companies and high net worth individuals. "I really enjoy the personal aspect of my job and work with tremendous people across the country," she says.
Pairing her vast experience and firsthand access to PwC's boundless resources, Kathy develops and implements sophisticated strategies. "You have to be able to gather all of the pieces of the puzzle," she observes. "I listen to my clients' personal and business objectives and then design a tax efficient plan to achieve those objectives."
Kathy is hugely active within both the field and the community, speaking at conferences, writing authoritative papers and working with charitable organizations like Toronto General and Toronto Western Hospitals and the Canadian Cancer Society. "I have the expertise to help — so I do!" she concludes.
