In the pre Food Network era she built Great Cooks cooking studio, hiring Toronto's top chefs as instructors and shaping the city's epicurean world.           Expanding on the original concept, restaurants and tea boutiques were soon added to the model, resulting in Great Cooks becoming the leading culinary centre in the country.           The welcoming Great Cooks on Eight, with its stunning view, continues to provide exciting menus featuring local ingredients and VQA wines. As well, Great Cooks on Eight hosts hundreds of corporate and media events each year.           Firmly believing in the importance of channeling her culinary passion to benefit the community, Esther ensures that Great Cooks is an annual participant in fundraising events such as Toronto Taste, Eat to the Beat, Vinifera and Seafood for Thought.
