SYMPLI – THE WHITE HOUSE DESIGN COMPANY

"To inspire and empower women through conscious design, thoughtful fit and honest business."

From the first sketch to the last stitch, Sympli is about more than just women's fashion.
"Our company culture is to make women feel valuable and comfortable in their own skin, so they empower others with their confidence," says Sympli's Chief Financial Officer, Olga Stevens.
"Women are speaking up and making sure they're valued in business and in their lives. That is what our company is about."
Founded by Jan Stimpson and chaired by Tracey McVicar, Sympli's ethos runs throughout the company, from the top down. Most senior managers are women, as are the heads of the finance, sales, operations, marketing and product development departments.
Even most of the collections, designed for "every-body" are made using Sympli's Canadian home-sewer network, comprised of highly skilled women working from their home business.
"Women do business differently. That is where Sympli is unique," says Olga.
"What better job can you have than knowing you work with a company with such a positive outlook."
