TERRI STOREY

"I am helping people navigate their own mental well-being."

When Terri Storey started Terrace Wellness Group, she built the bricks-and-mortar therapy centres based on the belief that everyone deserves quality mental health care.
Thousands of patients later, she's only just getting started.
Realizing there were stressful wait times for assessment and treatments, Terri began working on an app, Snapclarity™, that instantly puts a therapist's expertise into a patient's hands. She raised $1.3 million in 10 weeks to launch the innovation.
Users simply answer a questionnaire in the app based on validated mental health assessments for 13 psychological disorders, like depression and anxiety.
From there, a treatment plan is devised, from lifestyle interventions to pharmaceuticals. A health care provider reviews the results, while an AI 'chat bot' provides ongoing support, like locating services. Other tools like text-based therapy make help portable and immediate.
"My goal is to have accurate symptomology and patient involvement to improve efficiency. This app empowers people by putting them in charge of their mental health treatment."
