SHELLEY BROWN

"Helping people reach their highest potential and purpose naturally has a positive impact on the bottom line of the business.
– Richard branson"

For Shelley Brown, the "business" of business is finding talent in employees and helping them reach their potential. After all, what is a business without the people that bring it to life?
Since starting Bromelin People Practices nine years ago, Shelley has followed that goal — helping many Canadian companies grow — while at the same time building her own team of incredible HR professionals.
Bromelin's main line of business is outsourced HR service, but they also offer twelve high impact training programs and a new groundbreaking virtual reality based Candidate Information Portal that combines gamification with recruitment.
Yet that's not the only difference Shelley and her team make. By introducing her clients to the international "Helping Hands" program, which sees corporate teams work together to make prosthetic hands for developing countries, she's helping them give back in other ways, too.
Shelley is seen as a leader, an innovator, a professional and most of all, someone who reinforces caring into the business world.
